The instant Contempt Petition has been filed alleging the violation of the order passed by this Court on 29.04.2024 in W.P.(MD) No.10545 of 2024.

2. In compliance with the order of this Court, the second respondent in the writ petition has issued proceedings dated 28.11.2024, retaining the petitioner in the deputed society for a further period of two years.

3. Recording the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 28.11.2024, if so advised.
