ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conclude the enquiry based on the proceedings of the first respondent dated 29.04.2024 within a time frame as stipulated by this Court in accordance with law after affording opportunities to the parties interested therein.
2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the second respondents to conclude the enquiry based on the proceedings of the first respondent dated 29.04.2024, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
