This writ petition was filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings, dated 28.07.2021 and to quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to issue the Daily Fishing Permit Slip to the petitioner's vessel bearing Registration 2/5

No.IND-TN-07-MM-1639 and to supply the subsidy diesel continuously. 2.It is reported that the petitioner died. More over, the petitioner has paid the penalty for using double net while fishing. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
