When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Counsel appearing for the Madurai Corporation that they would be providing the petitioner the non availability of birth certificate within a period of two weeks from today.
2. In view of the submission of the learned Counsel appearing for the Madurai Corporation, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in the writ petition and therefore, the same is closed. No costs.
