ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No. Not known of 2019, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that no complaint is pending against the petitioner in Subramaniyapuram Police Station and one complaint is stated to be received against the petitioner in Jaihindpuram Police Station, in which and after enquiry the said complaint was closed on and as on date no complaint is pending against the petitioner.
