ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for seeking police protection.

2.It is seen that there is already a complaint that has been given against the petitioner's husband and the police have registered an F.I.R. Similarly, the petitioner has also given a complaint against the respondent's 3 to 6 and no F.I.R has been registered in the said complaint.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 3 to 6 are threatening her to withdraw the complaint. 4.The complaint given by the petitioner is admittedly pending before the second respondent police. If the same has not been acted upon by the second respondent police, the petitioner has to workout her remedy in accordance with the directions given by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13681 of 2017 and a batch cases, dated.20.09.2018.

5.Under such circumstances, the petitioner seeking for police protection cannot be granted. The petitioner shall workout her remedy in the manner known to law.

6. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
