This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.OP(MD) No.8172 of 2025, dated 30.04.2025, to surrender before the Special Court.

2.While ordering Crl.OP(MD) No.8172 of 2025, this Court, directed the petitioner to surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, there is some delay in getting the order copy and therefore, he could not surrender before the Special Court. Hence, he seeks extension of time.
4.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and a further period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Special Court.
