ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 IPC r/w Sections 21(1) and 21(2) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.372 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has transported 1⁄4 unit sand without any valid permission. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court and the petitioner has involved in three other similar cases.

4.Considering nature of the offence, dismissal of the earlier bail petition and the petitioner's antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
