COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue transport permits on the basis of the order of the 1st respondent in Rc.No.3485, 2813, 3327 and 1107/MM6/2023 dated 24.05.2023, 20.04.2023, 11.05.2023 and 20.03.2023, respectively.
