ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2023 within a time period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner and on hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to all concerned to make their case. It is made clear that O.P.Basheer Ahamed

will not be in any manner taking any administrative decision or any person claiming under him till the disposal of the petitioner's representation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
