PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 09.04.2025, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5158 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5158 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 52 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5158 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once, i.e., on Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
