upon hearing the arguments of Thiru./Ms. Mr.Na.Manimaran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru./Ms. Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time granted in the order dated 04.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10558 of 2021, on the file of this Court.
2.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to illness of the petitioner, he could not arrange the sureties and surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court and hence seeks time to surrender.
3. Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, 15 days time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
