ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.All that the petitioner seeks is that the respondent should consider his application for plan approval. The application was given as early as on 01.09.2017. A representation by way of reminder was given on 14.08.2018. Since no response on his representation, this writ petition came to be filed. 3.I am of the view that the said application ought not to be kept pending. Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's application and issue appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
