O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner for doing the business of Beauty Parlour & Spa.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, on 06.09.2021, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that as per G.O.No.15, M.A & W.S (M.C-1) Department, dated 31.01.2018, the petitioner must obtain proper licence from the concerned Authorities. During the course of investigation, it was found that no such licence was obtained from the concerned Authorities.

3. For getting instruction from the petitioner with regard to obtaining license, the matter was listed today.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that representation is kept pending before the Competent Authority for getting licence. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.OP(MD).No.12898 of 2021 5.This Court is of the considered view that only after getting licence, the petitioner can run the Beauty Parlour & Spa. After getting permission, if any trouble is arise, she may workout her remedy through proper proceedings.

6.With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
