To prefer this Second Appeal against the decree and judgment passed in A.S.No.27 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, dated 9.1.2017 conforming the decree and judgment in O.S.No.181 of 2011 on the file of the Additional Sub Judge, Tenkasi, dated 1.2.2016.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.A.EBENEZER, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, are not satisfactory and the delay of 145 day in representing the Second Appeal, is condoned on condition of payment of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only), to the credit of the "District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam" (payable in Account No.10767823177, IFSC Code.SBIN 0000898, M.I.C.R. Code.625002601, State Bank of India, Periyakulam) on or before 26.10.2018.
