(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 1 & 2 to produce the daughter of the petitioner herein before this Court.

2. At the time of filing this petition, the daughter of the petitioner was minor, aged about 17 years. Now she attains the age of majority and she had spoken to the petitioner by saying that she got married to one Allauddin and residing at Coimbatore.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner doesn't wants to proceed this petition. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
