Order: This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MITHUN CHAKRAVATHI A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8886 of 2021, dated 28.07.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 14.08.2021, without fail.

3.The said submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police. 4.Since the petitioners are complying with the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
