ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.235 of 2018 dated 19.05.2018 on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil. It was also taken on file in S.T.C.No.62 of 2018 and now it is pending for summoning the accused persons. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid proceedings.

4.Since final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.62 of 2018 against this petitioner, he will workout his remedy before the appropriate Court through appropriate proceedings.
