This Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in S.C.No. 55/2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Pattukkottai, Thanjavur district and quash the same as against the petitioners concern.

ORDER:

This Petition is coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the petition the documents placed on record filed in support thereof, earlier order of this Court dated 20.04.2018 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Pitchi Muthu, Advocate for Petitioner, and Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate, for the first Respondent, and Mr.P.Maharaja, Advocate for the second respondent, this Court made the following order. "This Petition has been filed for extending the time to pay the cost imposed in CRL OP(MD)No.3949/2018.

The time, to pay the cost is extended for a further period of one week.
