Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.ASOKAN Government Advocate Criminal Side for R1 and R2 for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time limit granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11448 of 2018, dated 06.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.There is a delay of 13 days in executing the sureties. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, two weeks time is granted subject to the condition that each of the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the credit of Crime No.679 of 2016 before the concerned Special Court.
