ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor have submitted that even though this Court has directed the matter to be listed before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench on 16.08.2019, on that day, this matter was not listed before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. But the petitioner appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, on that day. Thereafter, this matter was listed before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 20.8.2019. On that day, the petitioner appeared, but the defacto complainant not appeared.

2.But, in the report sent by the mediator, it is stated that on 19.08.2019, the matter was referred and it was listed on 19.08.2019 itself before the Mediation Centre. Further, it is mentioned that both the parties are not willing to participate in the mediation. But, it appears that the mediator has not recorded the correct particulars. Therefore, the matter is once again referred to mediation. CRL OP(MD) No.9958 of 2019 3.The parties are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench on 27.08.2019. The respondent is directed to inform the defacto complainant to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench, on 27.08.2019.

4.Call this matter before this Court on 29.08.2019 along with mediation report.
