RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted for executing sureties before the concerned Magistrate for a further period of 15 days in Crl OP(MD)No.8529 of 2019 which was allowed on 19.06.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MAHESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Ms.M.ANANTHA DEVI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.8529 of 2019, dated 19/06/2019, for producing the sureties and for excuting the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since he is unable to furnish sureties, he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
