The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 153 days in filing the appal against the judgment and decree, dated 03.10.2024 in A.S.No.41 of 2019 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Tenkasi, confirming the judgment and decree, dated 07.12.2016 in O.S.No.515 of 2011 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Tenkasi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the records.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that they are not having any objections to allow this petition.

4.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
