Respondents PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records in detention order passed in C.No.31/Detention/C.P.O/T.C/2021 dated 20.08.2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's husband, namely, Sakthidoss alias Sakthi, son of Jothibasu, male, aged 33 years, who is now detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before this Court and set him at liberty. Today when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per G.O.Rt.No.5095, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department, dated 29.10.2021, the detention order has been revoked.

2. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
