ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody, for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 506(i) IPC and Section 66(d) of Information Technology Act, 2000, in Crime No.409 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant got married with one Varusai Mohamed on 19.05.2010. Thereafter, the husband of the defacto complainant fell in love with the petitioner and as such there was dispute between the family members of the defacto complainant and the petitioner. The petitioner has created a fake E.Mail I.D.

in the name of the defacto complainant and sent mails to her college stating that the Principle of the college has a contact with the terrorists. Hence, the complaint. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and she nothing to do with the alleged offence. Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy.
