O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that there was sale transaction between the petitioner and the third respondent herein, by which, a house property was sold to the petitioner and the third respondent also agreed to the effect that he vacates the premises within a period of one month. Even after a lapse of three years, the third respondent has not vacated the house. For the purpose of vacating the third respondent, a complaint has been given and it was found that it is a civil dispute between the parties and the same was closed on 06.05.2021.

3. Since the representation made by the petitioner has been closed, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
