PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in its order, dated 24.04.2025, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7482 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7482 of 2025 dated 24.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition for nearly 30 days. He regularly complied with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7482 of 2025 dated 24.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Special Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of POCSO Act Cases, Tuticorin District, on first working day of 2/3

every month at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
