CRL OP(MD). No.10657 of 2023 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused unlawfully assembled together and abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also assaulted him and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that injured is still taking treatment in the hospital.

4. There was dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant in respect of leasing out the property for which the accused persons have attacked the victim with iron rod and wooden sticks, therefore the injured sustained severe injuries and still taking treatment in the hospital, therefore custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required in this case, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
