O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 05.09.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 stated that the 4th respondent died.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2020, CSR No.412 of 2020 has been issued on 10.09.2020 and enquiry was conducted and closed on 17.09.2020.
