O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner during the fencing of his property comprised in S.No.31/3 situated at Vidathakulam Village, Tiruchulli Taluk, Virudhunagar District, on the basis of the representation dated 08.08.2021. 1/3

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Surveyor conducted survey in the petitioner's property on 05.08.2021 and put up boundary stone also, which was removed by the private respondents. Hence, he gave a complaint on 08.08.2021 and there is no action.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken and the same was closed on 12.08.2021 on the ground that it is a civil dispute between the parties.

5. Since the complaint itself has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or adjudication in this petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the Civil Court.

6. With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
