ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.308 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.308 of 2020, which was registered on 04.06.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 326 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w Section 51 (b) of Disaster Management Act, 2005. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been undertaken and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam on 18.09.2020, but the same has not been taken on file so far.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12668 of 2021 learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam to process the final report as per rule immediately. After the process is over, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam.

5.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of, as the main relief sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous.
