Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st respondent dated 09.12.2019 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to work as an LIC agent and to disburse the pending agency commission of the petitioner with accrued interest from September 1992 and other monitary benefits.
