PRAYER :- To grant a further time of 2 weeks for executing sureties as per the order dated 14.06.2019 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.8184/2019 on the file of this Honourable High Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.8184 of 2019, dated 14/06/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court by an order dated 14.06.2019 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) to the credit of Crime Number 267 of 2019 on the file of the Bodinayakanur Rural Police Station, Theni District. He would further submit that when the petitioner produced sureties before the concerned Magistrate on 06.07.2019, the learned Magistrate has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

returned the petitioner's sureties by stating that as per the order of this Court, he has to deposit the said amount to the Bodinayakanur Rural Police Station, Theni District. He further submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to deposit the said amount before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and extend the time for complying with the said condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the condition no.5(i) imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that " Before executing bail bond,the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) to the credit of Crime Number 267 of 2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodi, Theni District.

5. This petition is ordered and the time for executing the bond is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
