2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.2500/-(Rupees Two thousand and five hundred only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
