Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and considering the prayer sought in the writ petition, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the admission stage itself with a direction to the petitioner to submit a representation on the grievances projected in the writ petition within a period of one week from today and on such representation being given, the respondents are directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks thereafter. The petitioner is also permitted to submit a copy of the writ affidavit to the competent authority along with his representation with supportive documents. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
