This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to call for the records relating to the First Information Report [FIR] in Crime No.25 of 2021 of City Crime Branch Police Station, Madurai City and quash the same as illegal as far as the petitioners are concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would contend that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Madurai, in E-filing No.LTN20230001737C202300008, on 13.12.2023.
