ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members and to continue his enjoyment in the property comprised in Survey NO.334/2, situated at Kattaiyampatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 31.08.2021.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
