Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.CHELLAPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.ASOKAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time limit granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10112 of 2018, dated 21.06.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.There is a delay of 30 days in executing the sureties. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, two weeks time is granted subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the credit of Crime No.101 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyur, Tirunelveli.
