This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to provide adequate protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the hands of the respondent Nos.3 to 5 on the basis of the complaint dated 23.08.2021.

2. This petitioner moved another writ petition in W.P.(MD). No.10088 of 2021 seeking the very same relief and the same was referred to Mediation. Since the very same relief has been sought in the writ petition, the present petition may not lie.
