ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.123 of 2022, on the file of the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 123 of 2022, for the offences under Sections 295 and 379 of IPC and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
