Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.MUTHU SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Counsel for State (Criminal Side) on behalf of the respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2059 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.127 of 2021, dated 14.07.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2059 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.127 of 2021, dated 14.07.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

Crl.M.P(MD)No.6673 of 2021 3.The learned counsel for State Government (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2059 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.127 of 2021, dated 14.07.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
