ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.211 of 2022 dated 03.08.2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and proceed with same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, Final Report has been filed and it was taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.111 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam, and now it is posted for appearance of the accused.

3. In view of the above said development, this matter has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
