ORDER

This present writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 3rd Respondent to take down existing erroneous entry and upload corrected version in the Government web site of Registration Department and in the Guideline value books of Sub Registrar Office, Vadipatti with regard to petitioner's land in S.No. 395/2B1B situated at Kulasekarankottai Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District based on the order dated 06.01.2025 bearing No. 6620/2024/Aa4 passed by the 1st respondent.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the erroneous entry states that the land belongs to HR & CE. Since it belongs to HR & CE, the guideline value was fixed as 'NIL.'

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the HR & CE department has also given a statement that the land does not belong to them. Therefore, the respondents have initiated the process to delete the erroneous entry, fix the value of the land, and upload the guideline value on the concerned government official website. However, this process has not yet been completed.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to upload the correct guideline value on the concerned government official website within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
