Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records pertaining the impugned selection list dated Nil relating to the petitioner and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to select him for the post of Post Graduate Assistant in Commerce discipline in pursuance of the Notification / Advertisement No. 3 dated 09.05.2017 issued by the 3rd Respondent and direct the 5th respondent to appoint the petitioner in the above Post.
