O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.54 of 2021 pending on the file of the third respondent to any other Competent Authority and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to monitor the investigation.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police submits that after conducting investigation, the final report was filed as mistake of fact.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
