PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.263 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A5, who was arrested on 12.06.2021, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 342, 294(b), 307 and 506 (ii) I.P.C and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.263 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the petitioner has moved two bail applications before this Court in Crl.OP(MD).Nos.3132 and 3345 of 2021 and the same were dismissed on 23.07.2021 and 06.08.2021 on the ground that the petitioner is having three previous cases. But, without referring the same, the third bail application has been filed by the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
