ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to cancel the fraudulent settlement deeds registered on the file of Sub-Registrar, Keelur, Thoothukudi District, in Doc.Nos. 3748/2022 and 3749/2022, dated 12.07.2022, within the time to be stipulated by this Court, after considering the petitioner's petition under Section 77-A of the Tamilnadu Registration Amendment Act, dated 19.09.2022. 2.The petitioner has filed a petition to conduct an enquiry under Section 77-A. But Section 77-A is stuck down. Therefore, the respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 and pass appropriate orders within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
