The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to grant permission and protection for staging Drama namely Muthalamman Scheduled to be held on 22.07.2016 in connection with Aadi Festival at Arulmigu Nachiyar Amman Thirukovil at Mallal Village Kalaiyarkovil taluk Sivagangai District.
