This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, now the second respondent police calling the petitioner for enquiry and also harassing him. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner has involved in job rocketing and on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that already enquiry is pending against the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear for enquiry and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
