ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.925 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by one Sekar, a case in Crime No.925 of 2017 has been registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 302 and 201 IPC on the file of the respondent police on 31.05.2017. But so far, no investigation is conducted on the said complaint. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court with the present petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai and the same is pending for committal in P.R.C.No.17 of 2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Since the investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the concerned Magistrate, the relief as
